OH MY WORD. When I saw Jodi’s pictures, I couldn’t wait to share her seriously adorable party with you! Ok, perhaps I am bias, as I just adore this theme..and I have a 3.5 year old who would have loved to be at this party…but this is one of my favorite parties yet! I LOVE a seriously talented mama, and Jodi of Paintchips and Cupcakes fits that description to a “T”…she is an amazing photographer, she is quite the seamstress, and it seems by her parties – she is a crafty momma extraordinaire….Oh, and she’s sweet and cute…
Now that we are all jealous, you have to see this Princess and the Pea Birthday Party she threw for her daughter – complete with PJs and Breakfast! The details are just so cute…I love the different “Peas” scattered throughout! What a wonderful day she created for her little one!
{It’s all about THE PEA!}
{And the Princess – check out the adorable shirt Jodi made}
The girls had crafts to do when they arrived, they decorated their crowns, made wands, and little picture castles at an adorable craft table!
And how about a perfect place for eat? A kids table that’s drool worthy! Jodi sewed this tablecloth to look like a stack of mattresses!
{DON’T Miss the “pea” detail on the tablecloth!!!}
Look at the cute and crafty floral centerpieces!
And of course….the part the Paper & Pigtails was able to help with…the dessert table! This set is in the shop as the night owl PJ Party, and can be ordered as a Princess and the Pea set instead! Check out the listing for details and a princess and the pea close up!
{Look at the “Peas” around the cupcakes! I love the details}
I love all of the “candy peas” and the donut hole “peas”!
{Handmade Favor Bags…what a way to end the day!}
It certainly looks like Jodi’s Princess M had a birthday to remember and a mommy who makes sure every detail is perfect for her little girl! I know my baby’s fourth birthday will be here before I know it, and I hope to make it half as memorable! Wonderful job Jodi and thank you for letting me share!! Be sure to visit Jodi’s Blog, Paintchips and Cupcakes for full details!
Also, if you missed it the other day on Facebook, there won’t be a freelance Friday post tomorrow, as it’s going to be silent here as we are joining a group of bloggers in a day of silence for Japan – For Japan, With Love. You can see the site created here, along with an organization the group is raising money for….and as a side note, when I went to make a donation, I found out this charity, ShelterBox is based literally about 5 miles from my home…It really, REALLY, is a small world after all!
What a fantastic party. I love the “pea” details everywhere, especially the one on the tablecloth. Great theme!
Super adorable! I love the printables.

Oh my, LOVE all the details, including your printables of course! The pea gumballs, the mattress tablecloth, the banner and the activities….everything! PRECIOUS!
Congrats on the cute printables! Really sweet party theme…and the birthday girl looked adorable in her “princess & the pea” shirt (that’s one talented mom)!
So cute! Curious to know what was used for the very short table, it’s so close to the ground. And I love the pillow as seats concept!
This is really the sweetest write up!! Thank you so much for sharing the party and thank you for the wonderful Princess and the Pea printables to help fuel my inspiration!
