I created a few Baby projects recently that I am thrilled to share with you! I hope you love them as much as I do! I created 5 projects total so for some variety, I decided to have three of them as soft watercolor and floral designs and two of them as modern and clean designs!

First up, my watercolor designs! If I were having another baby girl, this is what I would want for my shower!

I created a round invite design that is 5″ x 5″ so it fits sweetly into a square envelope. The background is indeed a watercolor wash and the floral pattern illustrations combine to create a soft feel! Once you are in Cricut Design space, you can simply add your text using their text tool and then send it off to print and cut!

Second, I created a 5″ x 7″ guest book. I really designed this with a “keepsake” in mind, so you can frame it after the shower and hang it in the nursery. What a perfect way for baby to see all the love that has been surrounding them since before the were born! You can create one page for everyone to sign,  or a booklet like I did here so people can write notes too! If you create a booklet, you can do a framed “series” that would be the perfect nursery printed set, or you can spread the pages out and frame them in one big frame !

The last design for the watercolor and floral set was a multi use floral “ring”. As I explained in my last post about simple party ideas, I LOVE items that are multi use!! I created this floral ring design to be just that, a multi use print and cut design that you could use in a variety of ways to decorate the shower or the nursery!

A few thoughts I had were – print on vinyl for wall decals and add them in a dot pattern, or as a “waterfall” design behind a dessert table, add them to fabric banner pieces to customize party designs, add them to canvas and then add babies initial in the middle for wall art, string them together as a banner or mobile, shrink down a bit and layer on top of cork then shellac for drink coasters, add to cups or mugs and let guests write their names in the middle with sharpies, add to larger circles and laminate for placemats… or just let your imagination run wild!

The next set is modern, clean, and fun! I took inspiration from my toy graphics and added modern shapes and clean lines to make it perfect for a bright shower! I created both an invite and tags for this design.

ToysBabyInvite3

I had fun with the modern shape of this invite, but created it to fit in a standard 5″ x 7″ envelope! {Design tip – If you want a “patterned back” on your invite, simply print a full page pattern on one side of your white cardstock before creating the invite. Then you print and cut on the other side (all white) and when you are done, the back has the pattern on it!} Click over to Cricut HERE to grab the invite!

Next up were the tags! These can be used on gifts, favors, food, or even as place cards! Get creative!
