Take One Halloween Sign

With the speed at which September seems to be blowing by, we better get started on a few Halloween posts too…before it’s too late… mawahahaha. How is my evil laugh?

Well, to kick off the Halloween freebies this year is a sign that I have found myself in need of a few times. Here is the story – kids dress up, they are cute and excited. They can’t wait to start knocking on doors. I want to go with them to see neighbors and watch them have a blast, and so does my husband. It’s fun and cute…and to be honest, it’s nice to have other adults to walk with! Our solution is to leave our candy bowl outside of the door while we are out, and it always seemed like it needed a sign. {Obviously the designer in me feels this way}

This year, I made a sign to stick in our candy bucket and I am so excited! It’s so easy, print on card stock (I use #110) and then glue or tape to a stick so you can stick it into the bowl of candy! I used these adorable paper straws taped to mine on either side. Finally, I feel like my “please take one” bucket will be decorated like the rest of the space! YAY!
