Your portrait will be on 120 lb archival watercolor paper. The paper is sized at 8″x10″ and looks perfect framed with a nice large mat. *Mat and Frame not Included
Turnaround time on the custom building portrait right now is between 3-5 weeks. If you need something by a set date, please email me prior to purchase to ensure I can accommodate your time frame.
Once you complete your transaction, I will email you within 24 hours to confirm and talk with you about your home design. After we chat via email, I will need photos emailed of the building or links to photos and any close ups you may want of certain items you would like included. Prior to shipping I will email you a photo of your painting for a final approval.
